User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for transactions processed through the Ride for CHANGE Ride for HOPE™ Foundation ("the Foundation"), which also serves as the fiscal agent for the World of Soul® Motorcyclist Association ("the Association"). By making a payment, donation, or other transaction through our website or services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. General Terms

The Foundation and the Association (collectively, "we" or "us") provide services, including but not limited to event registrations, membership subscriptions, merchandise sales, and donation processing. All transactions are subject to the terms of this Agreement, applicable laws, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make transactions through our services. By proceeding, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

All donations are final and non-refundable. Membership fees and event registrations may be refundable in limited circumstances as described in our Refund Policy posted on this site. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any transaction at our sole discretion.

4. Use of Funds

Funds collected are used to support the mission and operations of the Foundation and the Association, including programs, services, and administrative costs consistent with our charitable and educational purposes.

5. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By transacting with us, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

7. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
