RIDE FOR CHANGE RIDE FOR HOPE FOUNDATION
"a vehicle for change"
Ride for CHANGE Ride for HOPE is an awareness campaign that culminates with an event. It tells a story about America's history that says despite our challenges we have always found ways to move the nation forward.
College tours have proven to encourage students to graduate high school and go on the pursue a post-secondary education.
Due to the distance and associated cost, there is a shortage of college tours to specific institutions that speak to the unique needs of students of color.
The Foundation is working to grow the amount of available college tours featuring Historically Black Colleges and Universities. To manifest that growth with a motorcade of 20-30 tour buses filled with high school students and chaperones in route to various HBCU college campuses escorted by 100 motorcyclists or more.
In order to accomplish our goal we are partnering with community organizations, institutions and governmental agencies with the support of elected officials, other foundations and corporate interest.
